No refunds on clearance and sale items.
Please return the packages using a trackable carrier such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot track packages and are not responsible for lost packages that are not sent this way. A tracking number is a must.
If you need to exchange an item, send it to the same address with a note letting us know what you need and we will get one out to you! Shipping charge of $5.50 will be applied to the exchange.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will pay all shipping costs associated with getting you the correct item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on speciality items such as I’m A Star CDs or Sale and Clearance Items. Thank you for understanding.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us first before returning it. We will contact UPS and once they have agreed, we will re-ship the item (if available) at no charge. There is usually no reason to return the damaged merchandise unless we request it.
